These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Zonazone signal service at zonazone.io. By creating an account or paying for an access plan, you agree to these terms.
Service and operator
Zonazone is an XAUUSD (gold) trading signal information service generated by the Zonazone Expert Advisor (EA) in MetaTrader 5 and shown at zonazone.io.
The service is operated by Zonazone, a trade name run by an individual: [operator full name], [address].
Not investment advice
Signals are an analysis tool, not investment advice, not a solicitation to buy or sell, and not a guarantee of profit.
Leveraged gold trading is high risk and can wipe out your entire capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Every trading decision, lot size, and its consequences are entirely your responsibility.
Accounts
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- One account per person. Accounts may not be lent or shared.
- One active account per device; logging in on a new device ends the old session.
- You must keep the email or Google account you log in with secure.
Access plans and payment
- A plan gives Signal Room access for a set period (1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 1 year) and is paid once, with no automatic billing.
- Prices are shown in USD. Payments are processed by Whop as the payment provider; we do not store your card or account data.
- Access starts once payment is confirmed. A new plan adds to any access time still running.
- Fees, taxes, or exchange differences charged by the payment provider follow that provider's terms.
Prohibited use
- Sharing, reselling, or broadcasting signal content (entry area, SL, TP, live status) to others.
- Automated data collection (scraping), reverse engineering, or disrupting the system.
- Using the service for fraud or for guaranteed-profit claims to others.
Violations may lead to access being revoked without a refund.
Service availability
Signals depend on the Expert Advisor, the broker connection, and market hours, so they may pause. If the EA is offline during market hours for longer than the set threshold, active members receive compensation as extra access hours under the applicable rule. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Track Record
The Track Record is calculated automatically from signal results sent by the EA, including losses. Corrections by the operator are recorded in an audit log. The Track Record is a historical record, not a promise of results.
Notifications
You may receive browser push notifications and emails about signals and your access period. Notifications can be configured or turned off in the dashboard. They may be delayed or not delivered because of your device, browser, or network.
Affiliate program
Taking part in the affiliate program is subject to the separate Affiliate Program Terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, are involved in payment fraud or improper disputes, or endanger the service. You may stop using the service at any time; remaining access time is not refunded except as set out in the Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from the use of signals. Our liability for any claim is limited to the plan payment related to that claim.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Material changes are announced on the site or by email and apply from the stated date. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled amicably. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute is settled at the district court in the operator's domicile.
